Are your products really all-natural?

Yes. Every product is handcrafted using natural and certified organic ingredients — herbs, oils, and butters — with no sulfates, parabens, or harsh chemicals. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! All Amazingly Natural products are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

Which hair types are your products for?

Our products are formulated for curly, kinky, coily, and textured hair — but they work beautifully on all hair types and porosity levels. Many customers with wavy or straight hair love them too. They're unisex, and several double as skin care.

What is chebe powder?

Chebe is a natural powder from Chad, Africa, traditionally used by Chadian women for generations to keep hair deeply moisturized, strong, and protected from breakage — supporting impressive length retention. We infuse it into our bestselling Chebe Collection.

Can I use your products on my child's hair?

Yes — our formulas are gentle and free of harsh chemicals. As with any product, do a small patch test first, especially for little ones with sensitive skin or allergies. A dedicated kids' line is coming soon!

How do I know which product to start with?

If your hair is dry or breaking, start with the Chebe Collection (our bestseller). If you want everyday moisture, start with the Herbal Moisturizing Collection. Still unsure? Contact us — we love helping you build a routine.

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on qualifying orders (see the banner at the top of our site for the current offer).

Can I return a product?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right with a refund or exchange.

Using Our Products

How often should I wash my hair with your shampoos?

For most textured hair, once a week or every two weeks works well. Use the Chebe African Soap Clarifying Shampoo when you have buildup, and the Herbal Moisturizing Shampoo for regular gentle cleansing.

Can the conditioner really be used 5 different ways?

Yes! Our conditioners work as a rinse-out conditioner, leave-in, co-wash, detangler, or deep conditioner. One jar, five jobs — that's the Amazingly Natural way.

How do I use the Hair Teas?

Infuse a tea bag in your favorite oil (hot oil method: 30–60 minutes in a warm water bath) or steep in hot water for a hair rinse. Full instructions are on each product page.

Who makes these products?

Amazingly Natural Hair Care was founded in 2016 by Nicole Swaayze-Woods, who began handcrafting products in her kitchen after struggling to find quality products for her own natural hair journey. Every formula is tested on a variety of real hair textures. We're proudly Black-owned and community-focused.
